Use this page for questions about the site: how a referral works, what happens to the details you sent, or a request to have your information removed. If what you want is a price for your own roof, the estimate request form is the faster route, since it goes straight to a roofer.
A quick reminder about who we are. This site isn't a roofing business. Nobody here inspects roofs, quotes prices, signs contracts or speaks with insurance companies. We hand each request to one independent roofer working in the Milwaukee area, and that company pays us for the referral. Homeowners don't pay a cent and receive nothing from us in return.
- Say what it's about. A line on the topic, plus your town, helps us answer the right question.
- Leave out private details. Skip account numbers, policy numbers and anything you wouldn't put on a postcard.
- Mention your request date. If you already sent a roof request, note roughly when so we can find it.
There are some things we can't do. We can't settle a disagreement with a roofer or step into an insurance claim. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection handles concerns about a roofer's business practices. The Department of Safety and Professional Services fields questions about a Dwelling Contractor credential, and the City's Department of Neighborhood Services answers permit questions inside Milwaukee.
