When you send a request, the site passes it to one independent local roofing company. That roofing company pays this site for each referral. Homeowners never pay to use the site, and they never receive any money, gift, discount or other reward for sending a request.

This site is not a contractor and does no roofing work. It does not inspect roofs, write bids, set prices, sign contracts, offer warranties or deal with insurance companies. The roofer who contacts you gives its own estimate, and any agreement you make is with that roofer alone.

Because the roofer pays for referrals, you should judge its estimate on its merits, just as you would any other. Check its Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor credential online, ask for proof of insurance, get the contract in writing and compare other estimates if you wish. You are never obliged to hire the roofer you are referred to.
