Request a Roof Estimate in Milwaukee, WI

Use this form to ask for a written roof estimate if your home is in Milwaukee, WI or a nearby Milwaukee County town. Your request goes to one independent local roofer, who sets up a visit, measures the roof and prices the job. This site has no prices of its own to offer.

Estimates Without Strings

Sending a request doesn't tie you to anything. The roofer who receives it prepares the estimate, and turning it down is always an option. Behind the scenes, the roofer pays us for passing your request along, while homeowners pay nothing and receive nothing. We are a referral service and nothing more: no roof work, no bids, no contracts and no part in insurance claims.

Whether an estimate visit carries a charge depends on the company, and plenty of roofers don't bill for one, so ask when they reach out. Want a rough number first? Statewide 2026 figures from RoofObservations put architectural shingles at about $6.95 per sq ft, and the cost calculator turns that kind of rate into a range for your house.

Once Your Request Arrives

  1. It goes to one roofer. A single independent company serving the area receives it, not a list of contractors.
  2. The roofer reaches out. Expect contact at the email or number you gave, to choose a time for a visit.
  3. The roof gets a close look. The roofer checks shingles, flashing, gutters and the attic where it can, then measures.
  4. You get the estimate in writing. Compare scope, materials, tear-off, ventilation and warranty terms, and look up the company's Dwelling Contractor credential at license.wi.gov.
  5. The choice stays yours. If you'd rather not go ahead, just tell the roofer.

Fill In the Basics

The form asks only for what a roofer needs to reach you and plan a visit: your name, contact details, your town and a short note about the roof. Useful extras include the roof's age if you know it, whether the building is a single home, a duplex or a Polish flat, and anything you've spotted, such as missing shingles or a ceiling stain.

What you type goes to a single roofing company serving the area, and to no one else. The Referral Marketing Disclosure and the Privacy Policy explain the full terms.
