The site offers general information about roof replacement and a form that passes your request to one independent local roofer. It is not a roofing contractor. It does not inspect, repair or replace roofs, give bids or prices, sign contracts or take part in insurance claims.

Any estimate, contract, warranty or payment is strictly between you and the roofer. Before hiring anyone, check the company yourself, including its Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor credential, its insurance and its written contract terms. We do not guarantee the roofer's work, availability, pricing or conduct.

Cost figures, storm history and rule summaries on the site come from public sources and may change or contain errors. They are offered as general information, not as a quote or professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its owner are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with a roofer you reach through it. The site's text, design and images may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. They may be updated at any time, and the version posted here applies. Last updated October 10, 2026.
